Mahila Samajam
Just as wine turns finer with years, so does the fervour for Christian activities amongst the senior women of our church – the members of the MahilaSamajam. They keep the faith strong amongst the parishioners with their Bible study classes, hosting weekly prayer meetings, visiting the sick and the like.
They bring in their funds with their freshly brewed tea and home made snacks, (Tea Stall)and have been doing it with such vigour for over 30 years now. The Central Committee of this organization manage Bethania Ashram, an institute that provides shelter for the destitute.
